1. What makes your products special? What is humming?
Products created by Jeanice & Deborah are different from other essential oils and candles on the market. Every product is charged with energy through Deborah's gentle humming, to provide angelic care and protection whenever you need.
The humming technique developed by Deborah is a unique method which can be used to enhance, uplift and produce energy. It is also a healing tool used in healing sessions with clients.
2. What’s the difference between Qi and Merimna Parakletos?
Qi Parakletos belongs to fire element. It helps to center yourself and boost up your energy. Getting in touch with a lot of people in daily life, it is easy to absorb others’ negativity without being aware. It can also help to stay focus and to do creative works.
It’s unhealthy to repress and deny our feelings but it is also not good for us to be blindly led by our emotions like riding a roller coaster. When we pretend to be strong or constantly stuck in depressive thoughts, it will drain our energy and strength. Merimna Parakletos belongs to water element. It helps us to release negative emotions and calm the nerves. Only when the water element (emotions) is balanced, the fire (spirit) can burn longer and brighter.
3. Why do I feel ___ after using your products?
What you feel is already inside of you. Miracle Energy Oils only makes it noticeable because you can’t untangle what you are not aware of. Take this as a great chance to get in touch and communicate with your inner self. You can write journals daily or take notes of your dreams to have better understanding about where the emotion/feeling comes from. When the blockage is cleared, you will feel more energetic and refreshed.
4. I have bought all types of oil, can I apply them at the same time?
Please use them separately. Also, do not apply with other products which carry strong fragrance. You can apply a different oil every three hours or after shower.
*Voice is the only exception. It can be used with another oil at the same time.

(A)Based on the effect you need
Use Merimna Parakletos at night for relaxation. Use Qi Parakletos in day time to boost your energy and enhance concentration.
Women – use Love Spice or Goddess Love.
Men – Gold Stream can be used every day as a cologne.
To bring wealth and abundance into your life - apply Gold Stream on personal items such as wallet, cash, cheque book, calculator, forms and other objects.
Before a job interview, business meeting or other occasions that are related to your career and finance, apply directly on your skin.
(B)Adjust and transform your energy field
1st Week – Merimna Parakletos
2nd Week – Qi Parakletos
3rd Week – Love Spice
4th Week – Goddess Love
（Men can use Gold Stream starting from the third week）
If you choose Method B, apply at least three times per day. After 3-4 weeks, you can pick your favourite oil or the oil you feel you need most. Repeat this Method when you want to adjust and balance your energy field again in the future.
5. Is it suitable for everyone?
Although we use natural ingredients, it is not advised for pregnant women and people with G6PD deficiency to use Miracle Energy Oils.
To help children above the age of 7 to focus on their studies, one drop of Qi Parakletos is enough. In most situations, children do not need to use Miracle Energy Oils. They only need healthy environment and physical & emotional support from their caretakers.
*** Small tips ***
① If you find any of the scent gets weak within a short time frame (i.e. one hour), that means you are in need of that type of energy.
② If you cannot smell the scent after applying on your body, ask someone else to check for you. If they can smell it, keep using the oil until you smell it too. We have such cases and customers eventually smell the scent within one week’s time.
③ "Why I don’t like a certain type of oil? / Why the oil smells good, but after applying it smells weird on my skin?"
These situations indicate some kind of clash in the spiritual-energetic state.
We recommend using Merimna Parakletos or Qi Parakletos for 1-2 weeks, to cleanse and re-adjust your energy field. Or you can contact us with more details, in order for us to provide a personal solution to you.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
