Should the item be damaged during transit, send us an email with attached pictures/videos within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Proof of the damage in videos/images is required. We will provide the relevant options available to you.
If the product is used or damaged by the customer, Jeanice & Co. will not be responsible for such damages.
When a refund is approved, it will be processed in 10 days. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
